You could be right Thymus. However, when I rang the company on the 31st of January, 1 week after the January CHMP meeting I got the impression that they had been informed of the list of questions. They wouldn't confirm or deny anything but I certainly had the sense that there had been some sort of notification, either verbal or written. I would think that they are required to inform the market as soon as they are informed regarding the list of outstanding issues and given the share market reaction yesterday I would think ASX might be asking them questions about the share price movement as we speak. My guess, and its only a guess, is that there will be an announcement either on Friday or more likely early next week. I doubt there will be much content in the announcement unless the list of issues is so small that they feel very confident they can address it within a month.
