Hi Devpatel,

The team reviewing VG is separate from the decision making committee CHMP. After their initial review they posed a number of questions which were considered and adopted at the January meeting of the CHMP, forwarded to the BSI and then to the company. The answers then went back to the dedicated review panel which has come up with some outstanding issues which are now on the current CHMP agenda. They can adopt them in which case we'll have to address them, or disregard them and issue a final opinion. It's important to note that the review panel cannot ask new questions so the outstanding issues can only relate to clarification of the answers or, as I mentioned in an earlier post, the question of whether or not the use by date of stored product can be extended.

Just my opinion after 2 years of following this long drawn out process!
