These things take a while to work out. You have to remember CNNC pulled out at the end of August, everyone thought they would buy 75% of LHM , when that didnt eventuate , they had to start again and work out whether to liquidate or restructure. It appears they are negotiating a restructure. That could involve restucturing both the debt and equity, rasing capital and potentially replacing EDF with another offtaker. You just have to be patient.
