I comminicated with the administrators concerning existing contracts and they provided the following:
As you may be aware, Langer Heinrich is not currently mining, however the operation continues to process raw product to meet existing off-take agreements and sell on the spot market where available.
The Administrators have supported Langer Heinrich in continuing operating in this manner to preserve the value in the asset whilst the broader group restructures/recapitalises.
Thanks so it seems that they are processing stockpiles of product (at least a portion) to keep the processing operation rolling so that it won't decay.
