I recall a case where a stock came ot of a trading halt at the wrong time...

It was advised to be say 12:30...but it came out and started trading at 12:15.

It traded for about 10 miutes or so (maybe more?), then was put back in a halt.

Later tha da all trades were reversed...I understand because it was an ASX error?

I have never seen an entire day reversed due to what some might argue was a legitimate, albeit sailing clse to the wind, announcement?

Doubt it will happen...but these days...in this market...nothing surprises me.

It would, at the very least, send a signal out to those who would benefit from such activity that the ASX will ot stand for it?

As for the delay (ie, no announcement this morning as planned), my guess is the company probably responded to the ASX...but in so doing, the ASX was still not happy with what they had to add.

I suspect they have been asked to offer more in the way of data signed off by a "qualified person".

If this exists...the ASX should accept it...if it does not, the company may well be in big trouble?

    Cheers!
