I think you need to post p.20:

It states verbatim For Years 0 - 2: "Company value drift around $20m market cap range." This has what has been stated as an expectation to brokers - by stating otherwise is an untruth IMO.

Then your company states for Year 2 - 5: "Company value steadily increases to $50m market cap range."

You only have $1m in the bank. Their will be a raising very very soon along with the assoc dilution. Remember this and don't fool others into thinking otherwise.
