At 68000$/t this would be 3.3B. Market cap of COB is 56M

What am I missing at this big a margin?

I don´t know the fundamentals of COB, but the 850t from N27 are JORC-compliant inferred (2012).
And the exploration target of N27 are 10mio ton * 0,12% cobalt = 1,2Mio t cobalt
Would be 82B material value if I am not wrong.
