If there really were bids... For all or part of SA assets several times current Mkt Cap.

And you were one of the bidders, and knew what your bid(s) were, wouldn't you be buying up stock now in anticipation of the bid informaton being made public some time soon ?

That would be a nice little windfall would it not?

So - where are the buyers ?
