    Not to be rude but they had plenty of time to get things sorted and gain forward orders etc so when they did have the product they had willing buyers. I have a desk at work that is messy I could blame everyone else and reasons for why that is the case but the bottom line is guess who's fault it is I just need a mirror to work that out and so do the board.
