Expensive Board and Management asleep at the wheel., page-34

As I was saying: a revolutionary, proven product with no real peers. .. huge potential demand globally. This should be skyrocketing. Instead we have no real progress on sales...nonexistent marketing...hardly any visibility of the company/product anywhere ...share price tanking...management sitting on its hands for over two years....and the CEO gets paid over eu0.5m of investors' money. 

We have lost the indefatigable champion of the product (Dr Trevisan) and now have another two new Board members with their fingers in the honeypot.

Set aside our investor losses - this is nothing compared to the real-life human challenges of people who live with autism. The real tragedy in all this is that this board and management have proven themselves to be incompetent at letting the world know that they have a product that can help alleviate the challenges of ASD and that could transform the lives of so many families. 

They seem to believe that all it takes is the signing up of a few distributors ..and the rest will magically happen. They refuse to understand that they need to go out there and let the world know that Mente exists and actively participate in the process of pulling down the multiple perceptual hurdles to product acceptance. They need to create market pull.

This is what happens when you have a board of mining execs and a CEO who still thinks he works at a large corporate and can move at their lumbering pace.

This expensive, incompetent board and management have alot of explaining to do at the upcoming AGM.
