You do realise that the "they" you are referring to here is not Neurotech, don't you? The research was conducted by the Carrick Institute. The comments you refer to – about reasons for dropping out – are comments that were made by Carrick Institute. It's also quite clear that Neurotech had absolutely no input or influence over Carrick Institute, who wouldn't even give Neurotech the top line results until after the paper was published!

So your earlier comment "I bet if those patients's outcomes are positive, NTI would have paid transport and bonus for them to come back" makes absolutely no sense, and shows a deep lack of understanding about the study.
