TT. Thank you for highlighting the near term CR. I missed that. I just scanned the Annual Report and you are clearly correct. Explains the SP sell off recently (even at low volumes) and the retired Director selling a few recently. No point buying anymore until the CR details are out in the open. No point selling at this low SP either as most holders (including myself) would be taking a loss at 13 cents I guess.
Always the possibility of a big investor or partner taking a position at a premium but I am not optimistic at this stage. I just don't want heavy dilution at this near low SP and I hope for a small CR only. All just IMO.
