I'm not sure they are going to offer that. They had to beg, borrow, steal and climb into bed with the enemy to get this far. It is draining and extremely difficult to come up with another billion dollars or two when friendships have already been stretched to get this far.
They are looking for a bargain, they aren't prepared to pay it's true value. A bit like most people's investment theory.
