Maybe they are taking it to europe because that is where they need the zinc end products?
From Nyrstars website they have 4 zinc smelters in europe all no doubt looking for feedstock at various times.

Maybe other shipments later on will got to tasmania on occasion unless they are already full from some other nearby concentrate producer.
