TEG's in the process of a massively dilutive capital raising (25%?) and is facing severe headwinds from the oil price but is still up almost 50% which is all GAS IMO. You're right though that we should be higher again. TEG's shares are escrowed until Oct 2019 and even then will face a liquidity discount if it wants to offload them which accounts for the majority of the discrepancy IMO, the rest being a lack of understanding/knowledge from the market about TEG's ownership.
