Looks like a robot generated article to get to to buy into their subscription service.
Having said that, the production timing and return numbers must have come from the scoping study (? I'm most interested in the gold, but the potash is what will pay the bills so maybe I should read that), and are therefore a reasonable estimate of future production. The returns quoted are attractive in anyones language!
