It was me!. I thought ING was the seller due to recent small drop in ING's holding, a statement by ING of intended asset sales and the huge sell volume on GMG. But it looks like I was wrong as no subs holder was released so must have been smaller funds selling.
Given press on ING's need to sell assets, surely they are unlikely IOF/IIF buyers?
