Guys, maybe true or maybe not true....take a look at cnp and do the comparison.
Negative NTA, 94% gearing as opposed to +33c NTA and only 67% gearing - share prices cnp 38c AEZ 9.1c.
I realise that is an extreme example but I fail to find anything in a similar boat as AEZ with a share price sub 10c.
Its only a matter of time and you know its funny that yesterday AEZ seemed to get more attention than it has had for some time.
On a down day and we rose over 20%, its purely back to basics here and its only just being realised. Luckily most of us got to realise this some time ago. Why else would orbis take a stake larger than any other reit stake they have taken.
From here I see this as a three bagger at least, and thats from 9c share price, so hold on tight and enjoy the ride.
