If TAM was mine, I would attribute the operation out to a consortium of private miners and collect a tribute - a small but experienced team (eg Philipino miners) could make a killing with this type of deposit - campaign mill every 6 months etc
Use the cashflow to explore for bigger fish out that way - we all know they're out there - Callie etc.
