I can see your point , and I said the landscape has changed since this merger was last visited.
Saying this , is there still not only 3 major wholesalers , API , SIG and Symbion who between them would have over 90% of the wholesale business. API must be fairly confident to buy at a premium to market.
No matter what happens the SP of SIG will get a significant lift in the short term.
