Easy enough, take the net assets (adjusted as one sees fit), then add;
a touch of future profits capitalised (or better still cash inflows from the operations; ignore cash on the balance sheet such as investing, capital purchase and financing), multiplied by a factor representing how many years the company should be in business;
once you have both numbers (be conservative), divide by Ord. Shares on issue.
Just a simple calc. - no drama's and no ramping. But I dont need people to jump on it. Everyone has a method.
