And just to get back to the 1st post in this thread. I have to agree. It was funny how people banged on about unions making money out of their role in industry funds, but it is such small beans compared with what the banks were taking out of the retail funds. Even the cfmeu dominated fund seems to be light years ahead on governance vs the bank run funds. The exodus by the banks from this space, suggests that they see the future as being ,more and more, not for profit dominated. Cant see that as being a bad thing, apart from my bank shares, grrrrr.
