Dumped this bi-atch today (EXM). Only wished I'd listened to @valvesound earlier in the piece. So many lessons I've learned through this stock. Reputation of management, inevitable stock killing dilution etc etc. Havent even bothered opening the 169 page document that arrived at my postal address.
Funny thing is the motivating factor to sell was that I found a better deal + I couldn't bear going through consolidation/restructuring process that may or may not result in me breaking even.
Now to spend the next financial year making back the loss.
