World Class IO assets in Peru perfect for a major to develop. Don't forget that Xstrata offered US$400mil for these assets pre GFC and that was without Cuervo.

Someone with common sense would be best to launch a takeover of the whole company rather than buying just the assets imho.

Wouldn't be surprised if this happens as well, I mean you could probably pick up the whole company for what $10-15mil perhaps. Heck, if I had a lazy $10-$15mil I'd buy it as it looks like a bargain even for the money!!!
