Very smart indeed......other companies should do the same..
If you wish to capital raise, for example 20 cent oppies expiring, pay 5 cents and reduce the exercise price accordingly...15 cents and give a extra few years.
For say 100 mil oppies you raise 5 million and have the possibility of another 15 mill
