SAMR(CFDA) has approved 1,158 infant formulas/steps. (3/4 infant formula brands are disappeared due to new regulation).

So far, there are only three brands being rejected produced by Lactalis. The reason of being rejected, was obviously thanks to salmonella scandal in their infant formula six months ago and subsequently CFDA suspended their CNCA licence.

WHA, has passed technical review on SAMR/CFDA process, Blend & Pack does not have a bad history, I don't think anything would hold it to get formal approval.
