Remember A2M had to wait 8-9 months for their application to be approved WITHOUT the disruption and backlog brought about from the change in/amalgamation of departments and the classification from CFDA to SMRA, Chinese new year and the five year government conference. (Please correct me if I'm wrong on A2Ms timeline as I'm OS and don't have all the details in front of me, but as a holder of A2M since Oct 2015 (when Freedom sold out) I seem to recall it was 8-9 months.) China have more applications to process now also. I'm sure it will come in due course, in the meantime WHA are getting on with business, and once the magical missing piece falls into place it will expedite everything else, including current contracts and supply of potentially 1000s of Mason backed mother and baby stores in China. As one of the ten or so shareholders who actually bothered to attend the WHA AGM in November, I met Peter and Lazarus personally, but briefly, and I can confirm that they are getting on with everything they outlined at that AGM and more, including all the questions that were fielded to them. CFDA approval is the only thing out of their hands at the moment, and even if in the highly unlikely event that theirs is the first one to be rejected after receiving an official application number, for political reasons or some other reason, they are still giving themselves plenty of other options and building a sustainable business for the future. There is no doubt they are building massive capacity, and could even supply other AUS/NZ CFDA approved IF makers in time. Meanwhile, demand will continue to build in China, and WHA are in the game. The facts at present are - they have the product, they have high profile Chinese backers, they have capacity, they have supply, they have the CFDA application in and under review, they made the CR for the JV even if it was heavily discounted, they are well funded for the foreseeable future, and they are doing everything in their power to get this over the line and make it a multibagger. Patience is the key.
