I've spoken to George this afternoon, and he confirmed that since the CFDA transformed to SAMR, the company has been in touch with the department, answered only one extra query and the SAMR was happy with that. He also confirmed there is absolutely no change to the application process post change. As a result, the SAMR is just slow due to processing the back log since February and would release approval for WHA anytime.
