I doubt it. I am well aware of Vietnam as a potential market but it has its own challenges. It is essentially two separate markets, Hanoi and region and Ho Chi Min City (Saigon for some) and both are underserved for infrastructure that is important for dairy product (e.g. fresh with temperature controlling and power provision and also powder with dry storage and water quality to rehydrate the powder). It is not so much the size of the geographic or demographic market but the actually segment of that general market one can actually address and appeal to and then supply to. A lesson not lost on a dairy company called Tip Top in the 1990's, a very expensive lesson for them. Thailand would be a better market to focus on in the short-medium term but not ignoring Myanmar due to the chinese influence (and pressure) coming in from the east. Either of those would exceed the Vietnamese market and both are more developed.
