4th of June has passed and no announcement of execution of DOCA.
If you download the creditors meeting minutes from ASIC and read them you will notice that Dermott McVeigh represents the board of directors of Kandahar Holdings.
So who does he represent? That is the question. Is Dermott bringing in his own people to run this?
