Nothing says "fallen in a hole" quite like six months of dead silence.
The deal announced last December had a drop dead date in March. There has been no announcement since then whether the deadline was extended, or the deal dropped dead. Or whatever.
Amazing that people have the confidence to buy at 2 or 3 times cash backing on no news.
Must really like the Board I suppose.
