oze-wolverine, it may be a "non-offer", it may also be part of a strategy to losen out as much as stock at these ridiculously low levels. At anywhere around these levels, EXS is a steal.

Are SOL supporters picking up loose stock at the moment? and are SOL going to pick up this stock at a slightly higher second offer price? If SOL gain 50% or more then we may very well be caught with our pants down - beware the trojan horse !

Assuming SOL get most or all of IVA's shares and then add SOL's current shareholding, they dont have far to go to get to 50%. One of SOL’s stated intentions on acquisition of more than 50% but less than 90% of Exco Shares are to replace some or all of the directors of Exco to reflect WHSP’s ownership interest in Exco. Why would they do that when the company is very well run and has a credible group of directors ? Would that be in the interests of increasing value for all EXS shareholders ? You decide.

SOL claim it offers us certainty. Thanks for the generous offer of certainty but they certainly won’t be getting my shares at anywhere these levels. I thought the secretary had made a typo in Sol’s documents when they put in 1 in front of the offer price, it's so ridiculously low it made me chuckle. I can’t blame them for trying !

SOL have cash reserves of approximately $218 million. They better be prepared to part with a good chunk of this if they want my shares ! They say the first offer isn’t the last offer in a takeover. Starting from such a LOW base, they may need to make a third or even fourth offer. Put a 5 in front of your offer SOL so that we all have a good chrissy !

It's all happy days at Exco with the drilling results they are turning up.

Drill faster exco.......... GO EXCO GO !!!

I am looking forward to EXS's target statement to show the true value of EXS ....and lets not forget the 20% premium for control !
