    thank you for bringing some sanity to the forum rastes. I have been saying this over and over and banging my head against the wall.

    cmon guys - let's not be silly here - you all know the board is going to come out and flatly reject the offer. The question is what they say to help the market understand our true value, e.g. do they go for an independent valuation, etc.
