    Unless they go for a SoA (Scheme of Arrangement) of course. Whereby, only 50% of the voters with 75% of the votes can force the Scheme unto others, and the others will have no say at all in the matter but accepting the result. And that, in most cases, is when the instos will come in to put that last nail in the coffin.

    Lets hope that it will not come down to that. If that was to happen we would soon find out by the increasing and the backwards and forward movements of the lending of shares.

    I am not trying to put the scare on to anyone here. I am just telling the interested ones that there is more than one way to takeover a company besides the normal T/O practices whereby 90% of the total holdings is required to force a compulsory acquisition on to the remaining 10%.

    Surely the Gods, our Board would have more sense than that.
