That would have to be an opportunistic T/O offer, if I ever seen one.

And the reason I am saying this is because, if we are to look at what the offer put on the table is, it only amounts to just about, or a little less, than what our current market cap value shows.

Besides, based on the last quarterly, we have close to $59 million dollar in cash, we have some good and very prospective and promising tenements, plus, and most importantly, we have and have been receiving revenues and incomes on an ongoing basis for years now.

All in all, IMHO we are a very solid company that, as far as I can see, we haven't got any needs to raise funds via more dilution. Not in the short terms anyway.

Now I can finally realise that my fears were correct in thinking that the share price was, and still is, been manipulated down for quite a while now, thus making SOL, (which IMHO coul be be in cooperation with IVA if you are to read the terms of the offer properly), coming out of the blue and make this terrible and undervalued offer. The two of them combined are holding quite a large slice of Our Company already.

From memory, and from what I can recollect, SOL has never being very generous with their offers.

Lets hope that Management are following this Forum and realise that, before recommending that we accept the T/O offer, there are shareholders as well into this mix, and not just themselves. And considering the very poor response that we received from the Company after the offer from SOL was announced, my fears are further aggravated/allayed.

If they were to do so, and lets hope not, there will be many retail shareholders/investors that will be left licking their very deep wounds. That's for sure. And, more than likely, that will include me as well.

    Good luck all.
