My opinion is that SOL will just hold a large slice of EXS and let them go about the their normal day to day operations. That is SOL modus operandi.
There will be no chance of SOL grabbing 90% shareholding and EXS holders will have withdraw their acceptances.
EXS could still return value to shareholders.
The management and directors have not secured a good deal for shareholders maybe they are good geologists rather than good strategic managers.
