Yes, Holders of SOL likely to hide on this thread as it is in their interest to get hold of EXS at this ridiculous takeover price.
Hold onto your shares as you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
If they don't get 90% they will have to sweeten the deal even more...... most likely closer to the REAL value of this company.
