"Any talk of returning cash to shareholders in the form of a decent dividend is just fanciful, and definitely not in the best interest of holders.

Most holders have held their stock longer than a year, so any profit is only partially taxable, whereas an unfranked dividend (which it would have to be) is fully assessable."

    Noellyn,

    Really!!!

Maaate, what are you doing investing in the sharemarket if you are not willing to pay any tax, lol.
Why risking and gambling your money in the sharemarket if you don't want to make any profits from it?

In any accounting and taxation method, if you don't pay any tax, it only means one thing. And that is that you have realised a loss.

Is that what you call it to be good??

And why wouldn't a dividend be any good and not in the best interests of holders lol. Do you then think/suggest that it would be better to give it all to SOL instead??

But again, I can understand your sentiments and ideas, as you are not an EXS holder. Are you holding SOL though??

Me personally, I wouldn't mind receiving any dividends in any ways or form as long as I will get some. Being fully Franked, Unfranked, or even as a return of capital, will do me just fine. Even if I have to pay tax on it.

I wonder how many investors would disagree with me in this regard, and would be happy to forgo any money that the company may be willing to hand out to us.

Yes mate. I am very surprised to read that from you.
