From the 2nd page of the bidders statement that was recently released to the ASX:

"...will increase the Initial Offes consideration from $0.19 to $0.265 per share in Exco upon receiving acceptances, which together with any other shares in Exco in which is has a relevant interest, gives it an interest in at least 90% of the shares in Exco."

And is repeated elsewhere.

Changed my sentiment to "Sell" in light of the above. Used to think that this was a good little company.
