not sure what you meant by that but today sp action continues to be as boring as watching paint dry....bad news....someone's decided to rather heavily cap 13c...probably andy doing the capping again..or so it vaguely appears...good news....there's no fakely downside cap///that should mean andy's actually plans to accumulate more under 13c rather than dump his lot under crappy 13c?...:-)
