I just got back from the AGM. I've got to say, I like their focus on maintaining their competetive advantage. Most people that follow the company know about their unceasing investment in superior service, via investment in their people and their systems, but they are also focusing on increasing exclusive distribution rights for premium (iconic) European brands, in bathroom products, plumbing and irrigation. They are also increasing investment in their premium home brands.
Premium brands and premium service. Sounds like a perfect marriage.
I also like the no nonsense reporting at the AGM (not the usual glossy sales job intended to satisfy those looking for sophisticated strategies).
There's a lot of similarity to ARB here.
