That's really interesting to get such good feedback from the grass roots . I had a similar feeling was expecting the market to start off lower and even though the weather is hot there is plenty of dry feed of good quality in NSW and water storages pretty full. As discussed 80 % of AAC properties must be in excellent shape and even the really drought affected areas of Queensland are mostly in better shape than a year ago though more rain needed and the "neutral" climate outlook is promising with low probability of unfavourable "El Nino" weather pattern.
