    EYCI (Eastern Young Cattle Indicator - a benchmark price) has increased another 10cents to 650 cents per/kg already this week - very solid start to the year

    Bureau of Meterology Climate Maps show more excellent rainfall over most properties including some of the lower rainfall properties.

    Changing my sentiment from hold to buy
