I sure hope no one is surprised by the bloodbath. Its been long overdue for at least a couple of years.
I was in cash up until I started buying SOI months ago. I have no regrets. I always bought for CGT relief. I am a trader by nature, but these times called for either long term or holiday term. As I have nothing else to do but breath the ASX air, I decided to go long on SOI at a dangerous time. Its all charachter building.
The severity of the cull, has no doubt surprised everyone, including me. But ppl have to realize that the world has always operated on the boom - bust cycle. Nothing lasts forever.
Anyways, I wish I had some spare $$$ as I would be buying more SOI and CUV for that matter. Cheap buying guys and like I said, nothing lasts forever. Good times will be here again. Fingers Crossed.
