I suggest that the HFR BOD should take up the offices of Geocali in Spain. They could then get rid of some of the financial drain on the funds and be closer to the action ( yeah, that's a joke). They could then be one on one with the authorities instead of it coming through an overpaid Spaniard. It would be cheaper to do this than paying Spanish to do the job, even with airfares and residence. Then they might want to try to get things done to return home.
