tbh i hadn't considered the central govt. in all of this

in fairness i'm not sure MW could get GSPC to pay as IMO they have defaulted owing to the lack of performance over the last 2 yrs

i don't think MW saying don't worry we'll do better in future would convinve them to stump $7m

what's more concerning is that they can't even sell all the gas they can produce, which at present is a piddly amount, and this assuming they have been marketing the gas on low pressure since (hopefully) march/april time
