So it really now becomes a game of who can outlast each other with OEX owed money between GSPC and Zeta. Shareholders will be hoping that a legal judgement or resolution in their favor will happen in 2016 or it will be game over for OEX. However where does that leave OEX if Zeta has no money to pay up? I haven't had a chance to look into Zeta's other assets that could be acquired.

As for the relationship with GSPC I think OEX is trending very carefully as in my opinion dealing with these Indians are not clear cut and going down the traditional recovery methods of money owed could make a bad situation worse. Obviously OEX did not select the right Indian executive with Bhandari so I would be expecting them to be looking for another Indian based executive who can bring this together. Yes more dreaded costs but I think a local Indian proficient in all those shady Indian business shenanigans might be able to bring GSPC and OEX to a win/win resolution.
