I think Zeta could be stalling, as if you have a look at recent Annual Report
Zeta may not have the money anyway, as the Co. seems to be in a lot worse financial
shape than OEX. Strategy here could be to "renegotiate' knowing OEX have
probably got upper hand..as evidenced by not to take any further legal action
over and above lodging claim etc.
