I think we need to wait now for the oil price to bottom possibly down to below $40 USD barrel before bargin hunters might open their wallets to likes of Oilex if they have not gone bankrupt by then. IMO a lot of oilers are going to go under in the next 6 months so maybe you are right about RM having no choice to attempt a SPP before Christmas to keep the show going.
