You have to really question RM judgement attempting a SPP just before Christmas when most investors are winding down for the year and current skittish market that is severely selling down even the top companies in this sector. If Darwin is involved again IMO they could short this down to below 1 cent. Market cap will look very interesting then and Magna could easily takeover for just a few cents.

IMO that is why we are not seeing any buyers around this 5 cent level as every time this mob releases an announcement to the market it is another excuse for the market to sell and it could fall to 1 or 2 cents very quickly now. The only exception would be if there is a bit of positive information Ron is saving and going to release after the SPP. After all why would they say the directors intend to participate in the SPP if their is no future value here.
